Abstract
The process of metal cluster formation has been stud led in conditions of metal vapor synthesis with tertiary amines. The samples have been investigated by IR, UV-VIS, ESR and photon correlation spectroscopy. F or the first time the nature of matrix complexes of the free metal and triethylamine have been discussed in terms of donor-acceptor properti es. It has been shown that the using of triethylamine as cryomatrix le ads to the formation of stable ultrafine (Mg, Mn, Cu, Na, Sm, Pb) meta l particles.
