A simple stopped-flow/continuous now method is introduced to acquire k
inetics information and to make kinetic determinations. The technique
uses a photometric detector placed within the sample loop of a stopped
-flow/continuous flow system. Several different carrier streams (aqueo
us fluids, organic solvents and air bubbles) were investigated. The an
alytical performance of the system is illustrated with the enzymatic d
etermination of glucose in wine and serum samples.
