Abstract
The electrochemical behaviour of 2,3-dicyano-hydroquinone modified por ous carbon electrodes is investigated in 1.5 M KOH by means of cyclic voltammetry and in situ electron spin resonance (ESR). Correlation is found between the reversibility of the redox reaction and the ESR line shape. The results are discussed in terms of adsorption.
