Abstract
The evolution of scientific thought is recorded in the literature, but knowledge of the laboratory instrumentation of the past tends to be l ost as one model is replaced by another. The chemical instrumentation museum described in this article will take steps to preserve old instr umentation to provide recognition for past contributions by the instru mentation companies to scientific advances.
