Abstract
This paper describes the technique to reconstruct the genitals after a n episode of Fournier's gangrene using the rectus abdominis muscle fla p. A 44-year-old diabetic man felt ill with a Fournier's gangrene foll owing inguinal herniotomia. The infection could be treated by aggressi ve debridement and by muscle flap coverage. Then we reconstructed the genitalia.
