Abstract
The on-line mass separator at the GSI Unilac was used to produce and a nalyze decays of light barium isotopes including Ba-114. We report the observation of C-12 emission by Ba-114. The halflives for C-12 and al pha emission are found to be similar to 1.7 x 10(4) s and >500 s respe ctively.
