Abstract
Some efforts have been attempted to determine the registration efficie ncy of alpha-particles by the CZ-type solid state track detector (SSTD ). Our investigations show that CZ-detector is able to registrate nota bly low-energy alpha-particles inclined very small angles to detector surface with total growth of registration efficiency of 10-15%.
