INVESTIGATION OF THE LEVEL OF SH-GROUPS I N BLOOD-SERUM, IN THE TISSUE OF TUMOR AND METASTASES OF THE OVARIAN-CANCER PATIENTS

It was shown that ovarian cancer patients have the lower low level of SH-groups than healthy women, This level correlates with the neglect o f the main illness and helps to predict predict the development of the pathological process at least during one year. The Bevel of SH-groups ; in blood serum and in tissue of tumor and metastases considerably de pends on the extent of cancer cell differentiation: as the letter is i ncreased, the higher level of SH-groups in all investigated biological materials is observed. The level of SH-groups in blood serum was show n to be the most significant regarding the extent of tumor differentia tion.
