PREPARATION OF ANTIBODIES AGAINST FLUOROM ETHYLBENZANTHRACENE

FMBA-BSA conjugate was synthesised, IgG-anti-FMBA was isolated from ra bbit antiserum by consecutive chromatography through protein A-sepharo se, BSA-sepharose, FMBA-toyopearl. The obtained antibodies reacted wit h FMBA-BSA only, not with BSA in enzyme-mediated immunoassay. Methodic al approaches has been proposed for the isolation of highly purified a ntibodies to PAH, preparation of monoclonal antidiotypic antibodies to PAH and for the development of the methods of their detection in men and animals.
