North American Library School Faculties were surveyed on the adoption,
impact, and role of networking concepts and resources in the library
and information science curriculum. The findings indicate that, to a l
arge degree, educators have kept up with recent trends and tools in ne
tworking in a variety of courses. There was overwhelming consensus on
the importance of networked information resources and access tools but
less agreement on their places in the library and information science
curriculum.
