N. Suriova et Z. Izakovicova, TERRITORIAL SYSTEM OF ANTHROPOGENIC STRESS FACTORS IN LANDSCAPE ECOLOGICAL PLANNING, EKOLOGIA-BRATISLAVA, 14(2), 1995, pp. 181-189
A territorial system of stress factors is the opposite system to a ter
ritorial system of ecological stability. It represents ecologically ne
gative factors in landscape and the level of their negative influence.
This paper deals only with the evaluation of anthropogenic stress fac
tors so that effects that do not result from human activities are not
considered. Anthropogenic stress factors according to their origin can
be divided into two groups primary stress factors and secondary stres
s factors. They can be also classified as core elements, linear elemen
ts, and large-scale area elements. The selection and classification of
territorial system of stress factor in ecological evaluation of lands
cape depends on the specification of a problem and its scale. A basic
principle for the preparing territorial system of stress factors is th
e method used in landscape ecological planning -''LANDEP''.
