Abstract
We report a 29-year-old HIV-positive patient admitted with dysarthria, ataxia and somnolence, Imaging findings were typical of Wernicke's en cephalopathy, but autopsy revealed cytomegalovirus encephalitis and pr imary cerebral lymphoma.
