Electrochemical characterization of the oxygen electrode reaction usin
g stabilized zirconia electrolyte and bismuth ruthenium oxide electrod
es has been carried out at temperatures as low as 420 K. The influence
of chemical treatment has been studied by means of microstructural st
udies, potentiometric measurements, impedance spectroscopy and voltamp
erometric techniques.
