Abstract
A series of 3-oxo-3H-pyrazolo[1,5-a]indole derivatives was prepared an d characterized as heterocyclic analogues of quinone methide, These co mpounds showed some cytotoxicity to cancer cells, but were ineffective in an in vivo test against murine leukemia L1210.
