Abstract
Mixed Langmuir films in which behenic acid and glucose oxidase are ass ociated have been transferred by a vertical procedure onto pyrolytic g raphite. The resulting films have been studied by scanning force micro scopy in the classical contact mode and the ''tapping'' mode, from the micrometer to the nanometer scale. Enzymatic structures as well as be henic acid molecules have been observed.
