Abstract
The analysis of high-frequency scattering from electrically large open -ended cavities ir addressed in this work. The magnetic field integral equation (MFIE) is obtained for the equivalent currents an the interi or cavity walls and is solved in a single iteration by using a new pro gressive physical optics (PPO) algorithm. Numerical results that demon strate the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed solution are presen ted. (C) 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
