Abstract
The EEC syndrome is a genodermatosis consisting of ectrodactyly (E), e ctodermal dysplasia (E), and cleft lip/palate (C) but other systemic f eatures, such as genito-urinary anomalies, may be associated. In this paper, the case of a 28-month-old girl with EEC syndrome with arched p alate instead of cleft palate is reported. The girl also had a picture typical of loose anagen hair syndrome. To our knowledge, this is the first description of this association.
