EOSINOPHILIC PUSTULAR FOLLICULITIS ASSOCIATED WITH HODGKINS-DISEASE

A 30-year-old woman developed an eosinophilic pustular folliculitis, k nown as Ofuji's disease seven years after a diagnosis of Hodgkin's dis ease. The eruption was concomitant with a massive recurrence of the Ho dgkin's disease. To our knowledge, this association has not been previ ously described. The clinical presentation was atypical, sparing the c lassically affected sites (face and trunk). A slow improvement was not ed following treatment with indomethacin, cetirizine and topical predn isolone.
