Abstract
Four new Liphistius species are described from southern Thailand: L. r ufipes (also occurring in northern Malaysia), L. fuscus, L. castaneus and L. albipes. The males of L. bicoloripes Ono and L. schwendingeri O no are described for the first time. Zoogeography and taxonomic relati onships are discussed, notes are given on the natural history of each species.
