Abstract
A case report of Klinefelter's syndrome is presented that shows featur es of systemic lupus erythematosus, arteriographically-proven peripher al artery occlusion with leg ulcers, multiple cerebral infarcts and pe rsistent elevations of anticardiolipin antibodies.
