Abstract
A high-resolution infrared emission spectrum of InF was recorded with a Fourier transform spectrometer. A total of 2664 rotational lines fro m v = 1 --> 0 to v = 12 --> 11 were measured for the major isotopomer (InF)-In-115 and 179 lines for v = 1 --> 0 and v = 2 --> 1 for the min or isotope (InF)-In-113 in the X(1) Sigma(+) ground state. Revised Dun ham Y-ij constants for each isotopomer as well as isotopically invaria nt Dunham U-ij constants are reported. Also, an effective Born-Oppenhe imer potential was determined by fitting the data directly to the eige nvalues of a parameterized potential.
