Abstract
A comparative investigation of electrical properties of the M(1-x)M(x) '' F-2+2x (M = Ca, Sr, Ba, Pb; M '' = Th, U) solid solutions has been carried out. The application of the clustering process model shows th at all these solid solutions appear as characterized by very close clu stering processes. The electrical properties depend on short-range str ucture and average polarizability of the cationic sublattice.
