Abstract
Pulmonary nocardiosis developed in a patient with AIDS during the cour se of treatment of Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia with adjunctive cort icosteroids. The radiographic features are presented. The patient resp onded to treatment with imipenem. This case illustrates a potential in fectious complication of adjunctive corticosteroid therapy.
