L. Gebicka et al., FORMATION OF COMPOUND-I OF HORSERADISH-PEROXIDASE IN AOT REVERSE MICELLES AS STUDIED BY PULSE-RADIOLYSIS AND STOPPED-FLOW METHODS, Journal of molecular catalysis. A, Chemical, 98(1), 1995, pp. 1-4
The kinetics of the formation of compound I of horseradish peroxidase
entrapped in AOT reverse micelles has been studied by pulse radiolysis
and stopped-flow methods. It has been found that the rate of the form
ation of HRP compound I in reverse micelles depends on w(o), regardles
s of the source of hydrogen peroxide and is up to ten times higher tha
n in homogeneous aqueous solution.
