Abstract
Ceramic, titanium and platinum guarantee a perfect bio-compatibility f or cochlear implants. Moreover the long term efficacy of the electrode nerve interface is obtained thanks to a limited electric current dens ity. Failure risks of implanted electronic are decreased by use of car efully selected components.
