Abstract
Red Foxes (Vulpes vulpes) are not known to exhibit arboreal habits. I describe several observations of arboreal foraging behaviour by Red Fo xes on Baccalieu Island, Newfoundland. Lack of winter food was believe d to have contributed to the semi-arboreal behaviour exhibited by the Red Foxes on Baccalieu Island.
