THE PECULIARITIES OF RARE-EARTH IONS EFFE CT ON ROTATIONAL CHLOROPLAST MOVEMENT VELOCITY

The chloroplast movement velocity (CMV) in Elodea leaves in norm and u nder the effect of copper ions and rare earth ions (REI) praseodim and gadolinium was recorded by synchronic following method (SF). The diff erences In CMV dynamics are associated with unequal ion permeability v elocity through plasmalemma, different sites of binding on actin - ATP - myosin motor complex, possibility of blocking of transmembrane ion transfer channels for REI.
