Abstract
This paper presents the application of the Decision Tree methodology t o the dynamic security assessment of a medium size autonomous power sy stem with a large penetration from renewables. The effect of various p arameters is investigated and the perspectives of the integration of t his scheme in the advanced control system of the greek island of Lemno s are discussed.
