Abstract
Fullerene C-60 and a mixture of fullerenes C-60 and C-70 were solubili zed in a culture medium with poly(vinylpyrrolidone) and examined for t he effects on two-stage cell transformation in vitro, a model of carci nogenesis. They showed neither initiating nor promoting activity in th e assays.
