Abstract
We prove a large deviation theorem from the hydrodynamical limit for t he empirical measure of Ginzburg-Landau and zero range processes in in finite volume starting from deterministic initial configurations. In t he Ginzburg-Landau case the main tool is the study of the evolution of the H--1 norm and in the zero range case the attractiveness which all ows couplings. (C) 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
