Abstract
We describe a patient with an intralobar bronchopulmonary sequestratio n of the right lower lobe associated with a true aneurysm of the aberr ant artery. Both findings were suspected before operation. The patient was treated successfully by resection of the right lower lobe with th e sequestered lung tissue and aneurysm.
