Abstract
Kinetic regularities in the dissociation of unstable subgrain boundari
es and the evolution of disclination-dislocation ensembles in electrod
eposited nickel under load are discussed with respect to a detailed an
alysis of acoustic emission and transmission electron microscopy data.
Phenomenological models are suggested in order to describe the proces
ses of dissociation of terminated subboundaries and evolution of discl
ination dipoles. Corresponding methods of statistical and autocorrelat
ion analysis of acoustic emission are developed in order to compare th
eoretical conclusions with experimental results.
