Abstract
In this literature survey, a description is given of one nature of the inclusions most fequently found in a sample of as-cast carbon steel. Possible changes in morphology and composition of certain inclusions a t elevated temperature are discussed. Their theological behaviour duri ng hot rolling is also examined.
