Abstract
Lipase from Candida cylindraceae possessed higher catalytic activity, both in the hydrolysis of (DL)-ethyl mandelate in sodium dodecyl sulfo nate/n-butanol/n-octane oil-in-water micro-emulsion and in the esterif ication of alpha-bromopropionic acid with n-butanol in sodium dodecyl sulfate/n-butanol/n-octane water-in-oil micro-emulsion, than in tradit ional water and oil biphasic solutions.
