Abstract
Treatment of 3-(2-formyl-1H-pyrrol-1-yl)-2-thiophenecarboxamide by var ious nucleophiles like methyl ketones, amines, alcohols, thiols or ace tates led to new ro-4H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]thieno-[2,3-f][1,4]diazepines.
