The neuropsychological picture resolved under sp ecific antitoxoplasmic treatment. However, relapse of toxoplasmosis oc curred in associating with the same behavioral changes. This is the fi rst case of such a syndrome due to infectious lesions, and in which im provement through transient, was observed.
