Abstract
We report a case of sepsis due to Clostridium septicum successfully tr eated with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (GCSF). This case pro mpted our review of clostridial sepsis and considerations regarding th e use of GCSF in cases of drug-induced neutropenia.
