Abstract
A new type of acridone dimer with a C-C junction between the prenyl mo ieties was obtained by treating norisoacronycine under acidic conditio ns. The chemical structure was deduced mainly by the comparison of its nmr spectral data with those of the acridone dimers which had been pr epared previously.
