Abstract
The sesterterpenoid salvileucolide methylester has been isolated from the aerial parts of Salvia sahendica as the major constituent. A full assignment of its (13)CNMR spectral data is presented. Additionally, s alvigenin(5-hydroxy-6,7,4'-trimethoxyflavone) and sclareol (14-labdene -8 alpha,13S-diol) have been isolated from the title plant.
