C. Tomasi et al., INFLUENCE OF COOLING RATE ON THE THERMODYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF SILVER METAPHOSPHATE GLASS, Physics and Chemistry of Glasses, 36(3), 1995, pp. 136-138
Silver metaphosphate is a well known model system for studying the the
rmodynamic properties of phosphate glasses which are of interest for a
pplications as solid electrolytes. In particular, the glass transition
temperature (T-g), the heat capacity (C-p) and the limiting fictive t
emperature (T-f') display a dependence upon the details of preparation
. Differential scanning calorimetry was used to determine the effects
of cooling rate on some thermodynamic properties of the resulting glas
s.
