Abstract
The authors report the case of a patient who developed left anterior h emiblock and ST segment depression during exercise testing which regre ssed during the recovery period. Coronary angiography showed severe st enosis of the diagonal artery. This conduction defect did not recur af ter effective angioplasty of the stenosed artery, reflecting the ischa emic nature of this abnormality.
