Abstract
A new lab-scale reactor (1 L) was designed for aseptic solid state cul tivations. After its description, results concerning the temperature, the water amount regulations and the sterility preservation are presen ted during working tests on a sugar beet pulp medium. Secondly, an exa mple of Trichoderma harzianum conidia production on the same medium is given.
