Having accurate detailed records to generate thi s information will improve the decision-making process for managers. C ertainly, the statement ''if you do not measure it, you cannot manage it'' will be more evident in the future. Providing good tools to recor d the measurements will be important to the industry. The IRM will con tinue to work to fill this need.
