Abstract
We report the case of a 16-year-old boy who presented 1 1/2 years afte r heart transplantation with multiple lesions throughout the liver as demonstrated by ultrasonography and CT. Results of analyses revealed f eatures diagnostic for post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder, w hich rarely involves the liver.
