Abstract
We report a case of a 62 years old male, diagnosed by radiology, antig liadin antibodies and intestinal biopsy of sprue, without fat malabsor ption. The patient with a free gluten diet evolved to a clinic and rad iologic normalization in three months and a great histological improve ment.
