Abstract
Several (aminoalkyloxymethyl)dimethylphosphine oxides with the formula (CH3)(2)P(O)CH(2)ORNH(2) have been synthesized via the Williamson rea ction from (chloromethyl)dimethylphosphine oxide and sodium alcoholate s of amino alcohols. The new compounds were characterized by analytica l methods, IR, H-1 NMR, P-31 NMR spectroscopy and by mass spectrometry .
