Abstract
We propose to show that the use of applicators designed for 915 MHz is possible at 434 MHz provided that a high-permittivity dielectric laye r is laid on the microstrip excitation line. in this case, the heated area is practically the same, but we obtain a better focusing of the h ot rone inside the heated tissues.
