HIGGS PRODUCTION IN E(-)-]L(L)OVER-BARQ(Q)OVER-BAR AT LEP AND NLC()E()

Predictions for Higgs production with processes of the type e(+)e(-) - -> mu ($) over bar mu b ($) over bar b at LEP 2 and the NLC are calcul ated. Short analytical formulae describe the double differential distr ibution in the invariant masses of the mu ($) over bar mu and b ($) ov er bar b pairs. The total cross section may be obtained with two numer ical integrations. The various Higgs-background interferences vanish e ither identically or are small. The background contributions depend st rongly on cuts applied to the invariant masses.
