Abstract
We review our experience with peritoneal dialysis catheter placement i n children. The most common surgical. problems after peritoneal dialys is catheter placement are inguinal hernias, catheter obstruction and d ialysate leakage. We describe specific techniques to minimize the deve lopment of these problems.
