Abstract
An 80-year-old woman with Parkinson's disease developed recurrent bila teral shoulder dislocations. The dislocations occurred during dopamine rgic treatment which induced severe dyskinesia, The inability to ensur e immobilisation of the limb indicates a conservative approach.
